These Website Terms of Use (“Website Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Aviation Culinary Network website at www.aviationculinarynetwork.com (the “Site”), operated by ACN Holdings LLC, doing business as Aviation Culinary Network(“ACN,” “we,” “us”). By using the Site, you agree to these Website Terms. Ordering and transactions are also governed by our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

2. License to use the Site

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site for its intended purpose. You may not copy, scrape, reproduce, or republish any part of the Site for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

3. Intellectual property

The Site and its content — including text, design, graphics, logos, and the ACN and Aviation Culinary Standard (ACS) names and marks — are owned by or licensed to ACN and are protected by intellectual property laws. Menu content, photographs, and business information supplied by Caterers remain the property of the respective Caterers, who grantACN a license to display them on the Platform.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Site for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose;
• interfere with or disrupt the Site, its servers, or networks;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or another user’s account;
• scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Site using automated means without our consent;
• upload or transmit malware or any malicious code;
• misrepresent your identity or affiliation.

5. Third-party services and links

The Site relies on and links to third-party services (such as payment, authentication, analytics, and email providers) and may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties.

6. Disclaimers

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that content is accurate or complete.
