ACN Holdings LLC, doing business as Aviation Culinary Network (“ACN,” “we,” “us”), operates the Aviation Culinary Network platform at www.aviationculinarynetwork.com. This Privacy Policy describes how we handle personal information when you visit the Platform, create an account, or place an order. By using the Platform, you agree to the practices described here.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide

• Contact details: name, email address, and phone number (if provided).
• Order and flight details: caterer, menu selections, special instructions, allergies, airport and FBO, tail number, passenger and crew counts, and delivery date/time.
• Account information, if you create an account (managed through our authentication provider).
• Communications you send us.

Payment information

Payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe collects and processes your payment card details directly. We do not store full payment card numbers. We receive limited transaction information such as confirmation of payment and the last four digits or a payment reference.

Information collected automatically

• Device and usage data such as browser type, pages viewed, and approximate location derived from your IP address.
• Cookies and similar technologies, including analytics (see Section 5).

3. How we use information

• To process, fulfill, and deliver your orders, and to share necessary details with the relevant Caterer.
• To send transactional messages such as order confirmations and status updates.
• To operate, secure, maintain, and improve the Platform.
• To provide customer support and resolve disputes.
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed:

• With Caterers — the order, delivery, and contact details required to prepare and deliver your order.
• With service providers that operate the Platform on our behalf, including Stripe (payments), our authentication provider (accounts/sign-in), Resend (transactional email), our hosting and database providers, and Google Analytics (usage analytics).
• For legal reasons — to comply with law, enforce our agreements, or protect the rights, safety, and property of ACN, our users, or others.
• In a business transfer — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.

5. Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and understand how the Platform is used. We use Google Analytics to measure traffic and usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect some features.

6. Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Platform, fulfill the purposes described here, comply with legal and tax obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You can unsubscribe from non-essential emails using the link in those messages; we may still send transactional messages about your orders.

The Platform is intended for users 18 and older and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

The Platform may link to third-party sites or services we do not control. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.
